Let's break through the noise of cultural and societal standards telling us that everything is better when we are the smallest versions of ourselves.
Restriction, chronic dieting, and constant pursuit of being smaller will only lead to negatively impacted performance.
Leave behind fatigue, chronic injuries, and food noise and allow me to help you become the best athlete you can be!
if i can get through it, you can too with my result-driven approach
As a young athlete I was obsessed with being the smallest and leanest version of myself because that is what society (social media!) was telling me was best.
Instead of success what I experienced was reoccuring stress fractures, impaired performance, and a lost cycle (hello Reds).
It wasn't until I started honoring my body with proper fuel that I went from benched with injuries to first team all conference.
